Our complex is called Terrazas de la Paz, known as "Terraces of Peace". There is plenty of parking directly outside the complex for those wishing to hire a car. (See our links to car hire on our “Information” page). The beauty of this complex is that it is quiet and relaxing but there are plenty of things to do nearby. You will not hear any bars with loud music or busy roads. The complex is looked after by a community to ensure it is clean, safe and well maintained. There are two pools (with childrens pools) and a play area. The main center of Golf del Sur is known as “San Blas” and this is just 5-10 minutes walk, where there are many shops (including a well stocked supermarket), restaurants/bars and nightly entertainment. There is also a reception in the complex next to Terrazas de la Paz where you can book excursions and buy postcards. Just a stones throw away is a bus stop where you can jump on a bus to the beach at Los Cristianos or Las Americas or travel right round to the west side of the island to Los Gigantes famous for it’s dramatic cliffs. The local golf course is directly opposite the complex so it’s not unusual to pick up the odd stray golf ball! The clubhouse is 10-15 minutes walk where there is a pro shop, bar/restaurant, mini golf and short mat bowls. Golfing equipment can be hired. Terrazas de la Paz is easy to find as it’s located on Golf del Sur’s one-way system and can be recognised by a large fountain in the entrance.
