The Apartment

Our apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, lounge/ kitchen and a large balcony with stunning sea views. It sleeps up to 5 people and is very well equipped. This isn’t just a basic hotel room or basic apartment; your holiday accommodation will really feel like a home from home as it´s furnished to a high standard and is well equipped.

Lounge

Spacious lounge with comfortable sofa, which converts into a double bed with a sprung mattress (recently purchased). There is a dining table & chairs, TV which has UK channels tuned in, a DVD player with a selection of DVD’s, stereo with a selection of CD’s, air conditioning, mobile fan, iron & board, selection of children’s toys, books and even some binoculars! From the lounge there are 2 sets of patio doors leading out onto the large terrace.

Kitchen

Although eating out is cheap, for those wanting to dine in, the kitchen is well equipped; electric oven & hob, microwave, George Forman grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, teapot, fridge, and washing machine.

Bedroom

2 single beds with duvets. (Although in the summer months you certainly won’t be needing these!), mirrored wardrobe and a digital safe. A cot or Z bed can be provided on request at time of booking.

Bathroom

Full bathroom suite with shower attachment in the bath.

Terrace

If you can take your eyes off the stunning view you will see there is a patio table and chairs with cushions, sun bed, sun umbrella and an awning for those wanting some shade. There is also an electric BBQ.

Other Details

Smoke detector, hairdryer, cleaning equipment, welcome information portfolio. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, although there are some steps down to this level so it’s not suitable for wheelchairs as there aren’t any lifts, This is also the same level as the main swimming pool. We kindly ask guests to not smoke in this apartment.

Pricing

£250 per week, for 2 people sharing. For additional people £10 per person (To cover additional laundry costs).

Discounts available for longer bookings

Our friends also have a similar apartment next door for the same price, so if you have a large family or friends you want to holiday with, we can also book this apartment for you.

To secure a booking we require 50% deposit. The key will be left in a key box just before you arrive, you will be given the combination before you leave the UK.

What’s Included:-

Bed linen, bathroom towels (please bring your own beach towels) and a welcome pack including water, tea, coffee, and sugar for when you arrive.
